Biography:
Kevin represents clients in financial workouts, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases and Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases. In 2019 Kevin was re-certified by the State of South Carolina and the American Bankruptcy Institute, a national organization, as an expert in consumer and business bankruptcy law; selected to the 2019 SC Super Lawyers list; and included in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law. He is a frequent speaker on Bankruptcy and debt-related issues. He is an ordained Deacon and serves at Christ Our King Catholic Church.
